ORDERS + PAYMENT

Items are handcrafted and made-to-order. Please allow up to 3 business days from time of purchase to process and ship in-stock items and 14 business days from time of purchase to process and ship made-to-order items. In-stock and made-to-order items will be indicated in product description.

It is recommended that customers purchasing rings have their ring size determined by a jeweler before purchasing, as we are not responsible for rings not fitting due to incorrect measurements.  

Online orders are processed securely with Stripe. Shipping and sales tax (if applicable) will be added to total upon checkout. A 10.25% sales tax will be added to purchases for Illinois residents.

 

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 3 business days to process and ship in-stock items and up to 14 business days to make and ship made-to-order and custom items. Shipping costs will be added to your total upon checkout. 

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail:

  • USPS Priority Mail, $4.95 : tracking included, estimated delivery 1-3 days (not guaranteed)

For additional upgrades, such as insurance and expedited shipping (Fed Ex, UPS), please contact us prior to placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to incorrect shipping addresses.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

Exchanges and returns on new and unused jewelry are accepted within five (5) days of customer receipt. After 5 days, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund. Sale, discounted, personalized and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for exchanges or returns. 

Customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees and will be refunded once returned item is received. It is recommended to purchase tracking and/or insurance for return shipping. Please note that the product must be returned unused and in original packaging including all tags.

Maybe is now is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items being returned.  Please contact us prior to shipping your return so we can anticipate your package delivery.
 

CARE AND REPAIRS

Jewelry Care: Due to the handcrafted process and inherent nature of the materials used, slight variations in metal color and patina may be visible from the photographs. Patina is the natural occurrence of metal aging and darkening overtime due to exposure to air. Patina is most common in base metals such as brass, bronze and copper and adds a beautiful aged darkened surface to the metal. If you choose to remove the patina, a jewelry polishing cloth or liquid polish, Brasso, can be used. To clean silver, a jewelry polishing cloth or liquid silver jewelry cleaner can be used.
